Issue Position

With record low unemployment, local businesses need people who are qualified to fill their open positions. Mike listened to area leaders and invested in worker training programs to help candidates get the skills they need. He also authored a bill to retain Wisconsin workers and to attract new employees to move here from out of state. We need all able adults in our workforce so Mike supported reforms that transition people off government assistance and onto a path for success: a career with good pay, benefits, and advancement.
